How to get to Sardinia from the UK
Sardinia is just 2 hours (and a bit) away from London but flights to Sardinia are from and to several airports.
Main destination you can fly to Sardinia are:
- Cagliari - the capital of Sardinia, in the south of the island
- Alghero - in the North East
- Olbia Costa Smeralda - in the north west of Sardinia
Outbounds flights to Sardinia are from:
- London Gatwick - served by British Airways
- London Luton - untill March 10 and served by easyJet
- London Stansted - from March 10 and served by easyJet (in fact this service will replace the route from Luton)
Flights to Sardinia follow seasonality and as such in autumn and winter there are not daily links between the UK and Sardinia but only 2/3 flights a week.
